Ability to work 2 or more days per week for a full or partial day.

Hosing of concrete inside and outside with bleach and sanitizing products.

Scooping and disposing of animal waste products.

Sanitizing and bleaching rock areas.

Washing the outside of, and detailing the inside of various vehicles.

Cleaning and organizing various areas including, but not limited to: Kennel/Office utility room, garage, outside areas, top floor of an office and assisting with a residence, shop and warehouse.

Assist with lawn maintenance – mowing, trimming, gardening, etc.

Detail cleaning and organizing of a wide range of areas and items.

Shampoo carpet with a company carpet shampooer.

Physically capable of lifting 50-75 pounds.

Withstand working on concrete for a good portion of each day.

Holding arms and hands above shoulders.

Tolerance to weather fluctuations in all seasons is required.

Minor maintenance or mechanical skills including, but not limited to: jump-starting vehicles with battery charged starters, using a screw driver and hammer, using a plunger for toilets, and other minor maintenance duties as assigned.

Assist in setting and cleaning up for meetings and parties.

A positive CAN-DO attitude with problem solving skills.

The ability to follow through and read instructions and a task list.

Work before and after and on some holidays.

Comfortably and enjoyably work around animals.

Preferably become cross-trained for another position/tasks.

All other duties as needed and assigned.
