About Nickie

Nickie built several family owned contracting businesses, while raising her family and showing her dogs.  For twenty years she coordinated the technical, accounting, human relations, property management and marketing of the businesses. 

 Along the way, Nickie volunteered at various non-profit organizations, by implementing their procedures and policies, while consulting for management software and organizing the non-profit's data into an electronic format.

Her success philosophy is based on clearly and consistently articulating to the employee and/or volunteer what is expected.  This enables the BEST potential for a successful relationship, as long as the individual has the appropriate desire to learn and succeed.

 Communication, or the lack of, is often the most significant problem for employees and/or volunteers.  Coordinating, standards and policies are essential components for a smooth experience for all involved.

 Organization, balance and proactive (vs. reactive) management, should be priorities to achieve the core goals of the business and/or non-profit organization.
